How to Get Our Services

Thinking you might benefit from our support services? If you or someone you know could use our assistance, referrals can be made by your GP, social worker, family member, or even self-referred. Simply contact us to discuss your options!

To start the process, request a Care Act Assessment from your GP. They will refer you to Social Services, who will then arrange an assessment with a Social Worker. If support is deemed necessary, they will refer you to us. For privately funded support, feel free to reach out to us directly without going through your GP.
